I love this DIY tank top turned tote bag project. For one, it’s hands down the easiest sewing project I’ve ever done. Two, the end product is not only cute, but useful, especially for people who live in areas where stores are now charging for bags. And finally it’s a great project for tween and teen girls not only for them to keep, but also to give as gifts or as gift bags.

Got too many t-shirts? Thrift Town may just have a solution that will still allow for proper homage to be paid to those special moments in time, in addition to being able to close those dresser drawers a little easier…make them into a t-shirt blanket! This would be a very thoughtful gift for pre-school, high-school, or college graduates.
