WE ARE SEEING THESE SWEATERS EVERYWHERE:
Magazines, department stores, and niche boutiques alike.
Sweaters that would have been a relatively inexpensive, simple cable-knit purchase at your everyday big box store are now through the roof with the addition of intentional rips & strategic unraveled sections.
Bloomingdales has one for almost $200. It’s a lovely sweater, but a bit much for one item.
The ripped-knit trend has been around for a bit, but now that it’s actually getting cold
& people are wearing sweaters more, we thought we’d give you a hand
in creating the look for yourself.
Thrifted cable knit = trendy look for less.
Going into the holidays, and Black Friday tomorrow,
we encourage you to shop secondhand.
