First of all, if you weren’t already aware of tomorrow’s awesomeness:

Just in time for all the gifts you still need to buy, we’re having a thrift-tastic sale!

It’s way more fun to both give and get a themed gift, rather than just one item, and giving a thrifted gift means you’re spending less, getting more creative, and showing the people who matter most just how important they are.

We pulled together some of our best ideas and shared them on our Thrifted Gifts Pinterest board, but thought we’d share a few of our favorites here on the blog:

PASTA PERFECT: For the cook / pasta lover: a big pot + pasta bowls + cooking utensils + cookbook + napkins + pasta. For under $13 we were able to put together this whole gift.

GARDEN FAIRY: For the coworker who loves to garden: gardening books
+ a few pots + gloves + seasonal seeds.

Equip someone you love for a cozy night in: Add popcorn
and hot chocolate to holiday mugs for under $5!

COOKIE CATERING: There are so many great recipes for mason jar treats! Find your favorite recipe (try it out yourself first of course) and write up the directions on cute tags. Take it one step further and grab a cooking sheet and a holiday oven mit in a basket.

For the tiny reader in your life: pick a theme and peruse our books section. Make sure you head over to the stuffed animals to add a little squishy friend to the reading party.

SWEET SCOOP: for the sweet-toothed friend or teenager, package up an ice cream sunday kit. Glassware, scoop & long spoons can be found at Thrift Town locations, and then grab some sprinkles, chocolate sauce and cherries at the store. Instant sunday, just add ice cream.
