LEATHER AND LAYERS: EASY FALL LOOK
FALL FASHION LAYERS
This week’s thrifted look is based off of a favorite summer look with some fall flair.
As a stylist, a great fitted leather jacket is on my list for a wardrobe must-have, and I
am constantly helping my clients find thier perfect fit and style that they will love and
be able to wear dressed up or down.
I majorly scored finding this jacket for $9.99, with exactly the right amount of
stitching and zippers while still being versatile and streamlined (and my new cropped
hair hits the wrapped collar just perfect). Also cropped, this $1.99 strappy patterned
top was a summertime favorite, but works great as a fall layer.
For $0.69 + being on sale, with my initial on it, there was no way I was leaving
without this cute little bag. I’d been looking for a small bag to use for makeup and
this one was perfect.
This high-waisted soft brushed grey denim skirt is just dreamy and was $7.99 with the
original tags still on it. I love pairing summer cropped tops and long sleeved layers with
it. The studded booties tie in the jacket and are a comfy alternative to heels or wedges.
Altogether: comfortable, stylish, just the right amount of layers
for fall, and AFFORDABLE. Doesn’t get much better than that.
Happy November! xo – Kari
