Thrift Towns are large-scale retail thrift stores. We currently have 16 stores geographically dispersed in five states. (AZ, CA, NM, TX & UT). positions available:
STORE MANAGER TRAINEE: As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll be responsible for controlling all aspects of store operations. Duties include managing and motivating a crew of 30 individuals, upgrading store facilities, staying on top of administrative details, and providing excellent customer service.
To qualify, you must have retail management experience, demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, experience in staff training and development and some computer experience. STORE SUPERVISOR TRAINEE: As a Store Supervisor Trainee, you'll be responsible for overseeing every aspect of production and stock control. Duties include managing and motivating a crew of 15.
