Quirky = Awesome.

It inspires me when I meet people who are lovers and not fighters, who embrace the world around them and accept the unaccepted. Meet Kirstie. Like any young girl, she likes fashion,and spending time with her girlfriends, but I think it’s interesting how she chooses to describe herself.

“I am a lover of the akward and socially unexecptable. I find that reading is my escape and that my head will forever be stuck in the clouds. I have more clothes then I could ever need and even in knowing this I find my collection still growing. I enjoy art and the expression of self. ” Her blog is called Eccentric Without Reason, and I like that she is such a whimsically ecclectic person. She has a lot of clothes, but especially enjoys when an entire outfit is secondhand or vintage.

This outfit is all thrift & vintage, with her aqua skirt from Thrift Town in San Francisco, only $4.00.

This is a perfect look for running around town with your girlfriends, which is exactly what Kirstie was up to.

They went to the Fillmore Jazz Festival together & had a grande ‘ole day.
{ Kirstie, thanks for supporting Thrift Town! }

Kirstie also has a street style blog that she co-writes with her friend Vincent, called Eccentric Wreckage. She adds her street style from her home town of San Jose CA, and Vincent adds his take on it from his hometown of Brooklyn NY. So cool to have a look at style from both coasts all in one place. Kirstie, keep up your love for thrift, vintage and everything fashion eccentric!
