PAJAMA PARTY

A BEDTIME PICKLE

Bedtime is for sleeping. Not playing. But if you live at my house, bedtime is for one more
drink, one more story, just a few more snuggles, chasing the cat, and gathering the 27
things needed to have in the bed for it to be conducive for sleeping. All this can be a bit
trying night in and night out, which is why it’s a good thing tiny people (especially in their
jammies) are so stinkin cute. haha

I mean - for reals - its a Whole Lotta Cute.
This adorable lil pig and her purse are on the shirt of a pajama
set that still had it’s tags on at Thrift Town for $2.99.

These pants. You just want to squeeze the little piggies.
How do I resist?

Maybe the best part: the same trip we found this little stuffed pig
who my daughter lovingly named Pickles… and they’re now Olive + Pickles.
Pickles is officially THE pig who has to come everywhere with us, and honestly
gets washed in the washer about once a week. A few weeks after adopting
Pickles, we were at Thrift Town and spotted another pig, same size, color and
perfect amount of floppiness. For $1.49, we snatched him up and he is now
our backup Pickles. He stays at Grandma’s house so we always have a Pickles.

We luck out a lot in the “little playmate” department at Thrift Town.
Someone had bought the dark haired Disney Princess Belle baby for Olive,
and she loves her. Then we found the Cinderella doll from the same series
for $1.49 at Thrift Town! The 2 babies do a lot together, and are happy
to be friends. 🙂

As you can see, this is just part of the bedtime gathering-of-allthethings
process at our house. Can’t go to sleep without an entourage.

How do you rock your thrifted playtime & bedtime?
