It’s a Wrap!

The weather is warming up, so flowy comfortable tank tops have been my go-to lately! I love the effortless look of wrap dresses and shirts so I decided to make my own wrap shirt!

DIY Wrap Shirt

Step 1: Choose a large square shirt.

Step 2: Pop the seams on either side of the shirt so that it lays flat.

Step 3: Cut your rectangle of fabric in half horizontally, making two squares. Set one aside for later.

Step 4: Cut one of the squares diagonally and layer the two triangles you’ve just made.

Step 5: Pin everything in place.

Step 6: Sew straps onto the top and hem to your desired length.

Step 7: Sew the back together. If needed, use fabric scraps from the other half of the shirt to connect it!

Step 8: Wear!

I hope you guys enjoyed my blog,
