COMPLETE SPRING LITTLES OUTFIT FOR UNDER $5

When I am thrifting, I have a method. Or maybe, an un-method.
I look through every department, and all seasons and sizes of
clothes so I don’t miss anything amazing for pennies just because
it wasn’t what I “came here looking for”. I then store off-season
and too big pieces in tubs for when they would be relevant. This
system has worked great for me for years, but it also usually means
that I don’t really find a complete look head-to-toe in one visit to Thrift Town.

In a single trip I could have a nice shirt for my husband, a 3T sweater
for my 1 year old and a chalkboard for the kitchen. So it’s kind of exciting
to find this whole look in one trip and have my daughter get a whole new outfit.

I found this sweet little dress at Thrift Town for $0.99 -
I really loved the combination of the reddish-orange with the
navy, lighter blue and tan. Gives me lots of options for outfit accessories.

These cutout sandals were only $1.49.
My girl will be wearing them all spring and summer!

This cozy GAP Kids sweater was like-new and only $1.49.
Great for throwing over a breezy dress in the evening.

This (now) headwrap started as a thrifted skirt of mine from over
5 years ago. Happy I kept it for “future projects”, cause the colors match perfectly.

All together, a sweet girly spring look.

In the same trip, I found this navy blue sweater as well, for $1.49
and it’s just right for this look. Love having options! Altogether
with both sweaters, this look is still under $5. YEAAH!

What great prices! Prices in Albuquerque are about double for those items, if not more. Wish I could shop at your thrift town!

Thanks Allyson, pricing thrift is difficult as every item is unique. All of our stores price on the same principals. If items are priced too high, then the color tag system will sort things out. Starting this week we have three levels of color tags (30%-50%-80%). Come shop and let us know what you think!
