SPRINGY STRIPES 3 WAYS

HOORAY FOR SPRINGTIME!!

Spring fashion is usually about pastels and florals, but I’m here to make
a case for bold stripes. I have a couple great navy and white striped pieces
that I didn’t want to keep wearing the same ‘ole way, so I mixed it up a bit:

striped jersey maxi skirt: $3.99 // white button-down: $1.99

This crisp white lightweight top usually hits thigh-high when it’s
untucked or untied. It was just right for knotting and looking pulled
together while still super comfy and casual.

sheer floral + grey knit long sleeve top: $5.99

I love the idea of wearing a lightweight long sleeved top with a breezy maxi.
The back of this top is sheer floral, and SO cute to pair with the stripes.
A simple partial side-tuck in the front tones down the flowy-ness,
and adds to the comfy casual vibe. Simple strappy brown sandals: perfect.

Striped dress: $5.99 // floral coulettes turned skirt: $2.99

The stripes in this look are a form fitting above-the-knee-dress. I’ve worn it
a ton of ways, but I’m totally loving the floral + stripes thing right now. I cut
the culottes and made it into a skirt. The sheer floral over the stripes has a
fun peekaboo effect while still being classic and a bit adventurous. the little
black velvet wedges were just so sweet with this whole look.
