Layer-able clothes are a crucial item in my wardrobe especially in the fall/winter. I put most of my summer clothes, swimsuits and sandals away for this time of year, however I do leave out a few of my favorite tanks because they make for a fabulous layer.

Living in San Francisco the weather is constantly changing every hour. I always like to be prepared by layering layers on layers. I start with a tank, typically solid colored or neutral colored, then a t-shirt or sweater, a jacket, then occasionally a warm scarf. I love having layers because it makes any outfit very versatile. Often I’ll wear just a tank with a cardigan then a jacket on top of that when I want my cute tank tops to be seen. Who says you have to put your summer clothes away when the seasons change?!?
