Holiday inspired thrifted looks and Black Friday sale alert!

I hope everyone had a FANTASTIC Thanksgiving shared with friends, family, and loved ones. I spent the day running in The Run to Feed the Hungry, preparing to-go lunches that mom and I made for the local homeless in the neighborhood and had a scrumptious dinner with family. Thanksgiving, to me, is about appreciating all that we have, not all that we don’t have. I am beyond grateful for everything and just had the best day sharing it with the ones I love so very much.

Now, as we move full force into this holiday season (Thanksgiving, Christmas parties, Christmas & New Years) I want all of you Thriftanistas to start thinking about fun, creative, sparkly, and colorful outfits to wear. And I am here to tell you that you definitely do NOT have to spend a lot to look fabulous this holiday season. Below I have 3 lovely examples of holiday outfits. It wouldn’t be the holiday season with out some red tartan or sparkles! And these looks could have been worn yesterday for Thanksgiving or for any of your other holiday affairs. If you have ANY questions on how to mix and match your holiday thrifted looks please feel free to reach out to me for help!

I hope you enjoy my looks below! And remember that you don’t have to spend a lot to look great. Thrift Town definitely has you covered this holiday season 🙂

Look #1: Red tartan over sized scarf, silver statement bangle, (both Thrift Town $3.99 & $2.99) Locally made dress from my collection and BP hat.

This holiday season it’s all about the accessories and I am obsessed with over sized scarfs, big hats and loose short dresses to be worn with tights and boots. This tartan scarf found at Thrift Town was such a good find. It goes with so much and is an absolute show stopper. It screams holiday right?! Thrift Town has the best scarf selection for VERY reasonable prices. ($5 and less)

Look #2: Leran navy blue sparkly dress, (dress was $2.50 on 1/2 off day!!!) beautiful raw silk scarf, red beret. (Thrift Town, $4.99 & $3.99)

I love me some sparkles during the holidays. They are so pretty and add the perfect amount of cheer to everyone around you. This Leran dress has an umpire waist and pairs so well with black tights and a pointed black heel. For something a little more casual, I paired it with boots. And this scarf! It’s 100% silk and so beautiful and classy. I love anything that has a red accent and the red accent in the scarf goes perfectly with the red wool beret. Again, it’s all about the fun accessories this holiday season!

Look #3: Ann Taylor Gold sequin cardigan, J.Crew white top with rhinestone embellishment, Red beret, (Thrift Town $5.99, $4.99, $3.99) & tartan plaid Pendleton skirt (my own)

I love mixing and matching prints! Plaid and sequins are a match made in holiday heaven 🙂 This is definitely a fun holiday look that can be worn to a holiday party. The cardigan adds the perfect amount of flair. As you can tell, I am obsessed with my red beret. It’s so cute and festive.

I hope you enjoyed my looks and remember to have fun with your holiday looks this season!
