Have you been to your local Thrift Town recently? Well, you should go. If you remember, on a recent trip to my local Thrift Town located at 3901 Menaul Blvd. I scored three tops that were totally on trend. Guess what? On my latest trip there…I scored two more!!

 

My two latest purchases represent the ‘Subtle 70’s ‘ and the ‘Sporty’ trend! These are both totally wearable trends no matter how old you are. It’s all in the styling.

 

First up is the ‘Subtle 70’s’. I have to tell you, I’m not the biggest fan of the whole boho style of that era but this Ooh La La top really spoke to me. At $7.99 I thought that it was pretty pricey, but then I discovered that that clothing line is expensive!

I decided to pair it with a Tommy Hilfiger denim skirt that I also scored at Thrift Town for only $4.00.

 

There was no one around to take a picture of how cute I looked 😉 so I had to use my handy dandy selfie stick!

 

 

I really like this skirt.

Can we talk about the shoes?

 

Like new, Old Navy nude espadrilles. These are also totally on trend for summer and they only set me back $7.99.

This whole look came in at only $24.00 . Yay!!

The second trend…Sporty, is accomplished with this super cute ACE brand racing stripe jacket that I was lucky enough to score for only $1.50 because yellow tags were half off the day I shopped. Lucky me!

 

I paired it with one of my favorite finds of all time ( yes, I know I say that about everything I score…lol ), this pair of Levi’s Skinny jeans that were a mere $4.90. Yeah. 🙂

 

 

Isn’t it pretty amazing that I can be right on trend for only $1.50? I think it is…
