Perfect Pocket Tee

Posted on by Hailey      1 Comment

I’ve noticed tee-shirts with pockets growing in popularity lately, and decided to make my own!

Perfect Pocket Tee

Step 1: Find an old tee-shirt and cut out elongated pentagons to use as pockets. It’s easiest to use the bottom hem of the shirt as the top of the pocket so that it does not fray.

Step 2: If you wish to use a tie instead, simply cut it about 5 inches from the end.

Step 3: If using tee-shirt material, fold and pin the sides and bottom to make sewing them easier.

Step 4: Sew along the edges.

Step 5: Pin the pocket to your shirt.

Step 6: Sew the pockets to your shirt.

Step 7: Wear it!

I hope you guys enjoyed my blog!
