Can you believe that on a recent trip to my local Albuquerque, New Mexico Thrift Town that I walked out the door with all that you see here for only $28.00? These are great brands too! The jackets L-R are: Loft…Talbot’s…600 West (this jacket retails around $60) and Gap. The pants L-R are: Gloria Vanderbilt (I know!)…Loft…and Lee style ups (these are pull on pants…I know!!) but I really liked the color.

Do you want to know how I managed to get all this clothing for such a great price? I used a coupon. Yep, it’s as simple as that! If you are not already a VIP you need to become one. Thrift Town will email you coupons, like…all. the. time. Also, you are allowed to split your order and use TWO coupons…and that is exactly what I did.

When I was laying the clothes out to take a photo I thought…”Hey! I’m going to be able to mix and match these pieces to create a bunch of different looks”…and that’s exactly what I did in a marathon styling/photo session!

Here goes!

I paired up my Chico’s top from my last post with the Gloria Vanderbilt pants, Loft jacket and Saks Folio Collection brown suede pumps.

Here it is with the jacket on:

The browns don’t match exactly but I thought it was close enough.

 

Up next I paired the pants with the Talbot’s tweed jacket:

 

I’m sitting down because I was having issues with how the pants were looking in the crotch area. Hey…I’m just keeping it real people…keeping it real.

 

Next, I paired the Talbot’s jacket with the Loft jeans:

If I had to do it over again, (well, I could have done it over again but I was too lazy) I would not have tucked them into boots. Perhaps I should have paired them with a nice brown loafer.

 

Next up, I paired the Loft jeans with the 600 West jacket:

I really like this jacket. It kind of has a Burberry look to it…humor me on this one. I could have paired this jacket with the maroon pants. I didn’t, but I could have.

 

Instead, I paired the maroon pants with the scarf and the Gap corduroy jacket:

This is a really cute Fall outfit. It almost makes me want to go outside and go hiking…ALMOST.
