As summer gets closer all my longs pants are getting shorter! I’ve been able to find the perfect high waisted pants at Thrift Town to cut up for the warm weather. I found these three, each under $5 in either the women’s section or the mens. They are all high waisted to match with either crop tops or just to wear with a swim suit top! Transforming these is super easy for anyone to do!

First step: Cut off at a length you like, make sure each side is even!

Second Step: Distress with the sharp sides of the scissors the then cut random lines.

Step Three: Wash and then dry. The slits will then fringe!
