Dresstival Season

Posted on by Hailey      No Comments

With festival season approaching fast, every girl needs a good festival dress!

I found my new favorite at Thrift Town for only $5.99!

The only addition I made to this dress was the red ribbon on the back of the halter so that if the buttons popped apart I would have some backup (lol).

Here is the back view, along with the detailed embroidery on the front, and me enjoying my dress.

The second dress that I bought didn’t fit me quite right, so I made it into a cute halter top that is perfect for warm weather!

Crochet Halter

Step 1: Find a dress or top you would like to use.

Step 2: Cut the shirt or top just below the bust.

Step 3: Find some crochet or lace you’d like to use.

Step 4: (If it is attached to anything), cut the crochet or lace off of whatever it is attached to.

Step 5: Sew the crochet or lace to the top.

Step 6: Enjoy your crochet halter! (Very cute paired with some psychedelic pants and a vintage hat from Thrift Town for $7.99)

I hope that you guys enjoyed my blog!
