My Thrift Town Anniversary Super Sale Haul!
Last month Thrift Town had a huge, and I mean HUGE, week long anniversary sale. Each day they had something different on sale from 30-50% off. I went on Monday, President’s Day, when all women’s clothing was 50% off and jewelry was 30% off.
Here is what I scored:
I know, it’s hard to believe I only bought 4 items of clothing and 1 piece of jewelry, but I had been sick for two weeks and it took everything I had just to find these few quality pieces. Do you feel sorry for me yet? Yeah, I didn’t think so.
This time around instead of photos of me wearing these pieces I decided to do a Polyvore type of thing (Polyvore is a website where you make collages of clothing) and show each item mixed with clothes from my own wardrobe.
Here we go:
I’m in love with this Lisa International Feather Cardigan. FYI: feathers have been on the fashion scene for awhile now. Sold at Dillard’s for $48.00…I know that because the tag was still on it…I got it for $5.00! I couldn’t pass this up, even though the feathers poke my neck. I don’t know how the birds can stand it.
I paired it with the one piece of jewelry I got…this zebra cuff bracelet ($4.19) along with a pair of gray dress pants and a pair of sparkly shoes that appear dusty in this photo.
Up next, this Olive&Oak tweed jacket. This brand is sold at Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s. This particular jacket made it’s way to T. J. Maxx. How do I know? I’m psychic! Not really, the tags were still on it. I paid a whopping $4.00 for it. I paired it with a skirt and boots, but pairing it with cuffed skinny jeans and a pair of Converse is totally on trend.
Speaking of cuffed skinny jeans and Converse, that’s what I paired this Tommy Hilfiger sweater with! I love this sweater, and it only cost me $4.00.
Last, but not least is this super cute Briggs New York petite skirt ($3.00). It’s hard to tell but there are little colored circles of blue and green on it. I can’t wait for the warmer weather so I can wear this.
So, there you have it…my anniversary super sale haul. Total cost out the door…$21.60!
Don’t forget Thrift Town’s 30% off senior discount every Monday!

Love all of them!
Me too! Thanks
Your fashion choices are always so flattering; I’d like to see how the feathered cardigan looks on you
Thank you so much! If the weather here doesn’t turn cold again soon, I won’t be able to wear it until next year.
Great finds! My favorite is the tweed jacket with the skirt and boots
I just wore that jacket to work, but no photo because my husband/photographer was out of town. This time around I paired it with a black blouse, black skinny jeans and a chunky pearl necklace. For shoes, I wore those sparkly flats, the ones that really, truly, are not dusty looking in person.
I JUST LUV EVERYTHING U PURCHASED.. ON MY FIRST VISIT TO THRIFT TOWN I WAS AMAZED @ THE GREAT FINDS, COLE HAHN BAGS 150.00 I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!!! THIS IS MY NEW GO TO PLACE TO SHOP!!
Thanks Deborah! Thrift Town’s prices are unbelievable to begin with…then adding a 50% off sale into the mix? How great is that?!!
