WINTER FASHION HAUL ON SALE DAY
Wherever you ar in the US, it’s getting chilly! I finally, officially, broke out my tubs of winter sweaters, jackets, hats and scarves and did a little purging. I took and donated everything I wasn’t thrilled about and it was time for a well-timed shopping trip!
Veteran’s Day / Thrift Town’s Veteran’s Day Sale was right after my big purge, and I found so many comfy cozy sweaters for $2, $2 and $5 each… ok one was $15 but it was AMAZING and I got 30% off all the sweaters at the sale.
This was an amazing find (not on sale) for $10. Do you know how much real Pashminas cost?? Look it up sometime. I found 2 for $10/ea and am a happy happy girl. There are so many ways to wear this, and such fun colors!
Almost any season has a way to wear this. Major score.
This find is my new “comfy, I’m not actually trying today but it looks cute” wardrobe staple, for those days when I just don’t have the energy to get all fancy. A name brand, fitted, cableknit poncho for $4.99. I threw it on over a cozy fitted all-black get-up, put my hair in a big knot on top of my head, put a big scarf on and called it not-pajamas. I even got compliments on the outfit. What?? Comfy-chic FTW!
This Thrift Town scarf goes with everything. Like, EVERYTHING. I probably wear it too much. Bought a few years ago, maybe my favorite piece in my wardrobe. Which is saying a lot. Perfect shade of white-grey: $2.99
It wasn’t just the one Pashmina, or the one poncho. It was a HAUL that day. My friend and I went to more than one Thrift Town and seriously scored on winter-wear. And now I have the fun of a revitalized wardrobe and so many more possibilities in the cold weather!
Are you all stocked up for winter?
