JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Store Supervisor Trainee will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of production and stock control for the Austin store.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Motivating and managing a diverse crew of 20+ people to maximize the daily productivity levels in the back room.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify, you must be a physically fit, experienced people manager who enjoys working with used merchandise and is not be afraid to get your hands dirty. You must also enjoy a demanding, production-oriented environment and have demonstrated leadership and team-building skills. Candidates must be available for training in both the San Antonio and Austin areas.
