Job Summary

Provide a pleasant and safe shopping and working environment by cleaning and maintaining the premises of Thrift Town, inside and outside, as specified.

Job Duties & Responsibilites

• Working indoors in a processing environment with used goods.
• May work briefly outdoors on an infrequent basis.
• Frequent contact with store employees, customers, truck drivers, donors, vendors and contractors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with store management, crew members and customers
• Prior experience in a fast paced retail/production environment desired but not required
• Ability to work well in a rapidly paced processing environment with assigned quotas to be met
• Ability to occasionally carry and lift up to 20 pounds.

• Reports to Thrift Town Store Supervisor.
