Spring is in full effect! Thrift Town has everything you need to enjoy this beautiful weather. Maxi skirts, tank tops, and lots of floral prints. I found the perfect skirt for easter weekend, but wanted to pair it with an off-shoulder top. I bought a white tee-shirt and made my own!

Step 1: Choose a tee-shirt.

Step 2: Cut the sleeves off. Set them aside for later.

Step 3: Cut the bottom half of the shirt off, making a tube shirt. Discard the top half.

Step 4: Hem the top of the tube shirt.

Step 5: Set your tube shirt aside for now.

Step 6: Make your sleeves square.

Step 7: Pin the edge of the sleeve to decide how long you want them to be.

Step 8: Hem the edge of your sleeve.

Step 9: Attach the sleeve to your tube top. Sew about a ¼ inch dart to keep them in place.

Pair it with a cute skirt from Thrift Town and you have a cute outfit for spring!
