Along with the leaves on the trees, temperatures have been dropping in the U.S.. To help keep you warm, Thrift Town has stocked up on their supply of autumn attire. There is an abundance of long-sleeved shirts, flannels, sweaters, and jeans! I have found many of my favorite jeans at Thrift Town, all at under $10 per pair!

I also found some really cool lace/crochet to make my boring sweatshirt more unique and my own!

DIY Lacy Long-Sleeve

Step 1: Find a sweatshirt you’d like to use.
Step 2: Make any modifications needed to make the sweatshirt fit properly (I made my crewneck into a boatneck by cutting out the existing collar).
Step 3: Find length of crochet or lace (I found mine at Thrift Town for around $4), and trim it to fit onto your sleeve.
Step 4: Pin and sew the lace into place. Turn the sleeve inside-out and cut out the fabric under the lace/crochet.
Step 5: Look awesome in your unique sweatshirt!
